Marc-Antoine Déziel is an Ottawa-based multimedia artist producing visual work for national and international audiences.

I’m a multimedia artist working across video, photo, and digital design. My work combines clean visuals with fast-paced production, from capturing Ministerial moments during the G7 Summit Presidency of Canada of 2025 to creating visual effects viewed by audiences around the world.

With experience in Montréal’s film and advertising industries, contributing to blockbuster films at Framestore and crafting campaigns for brands like Bell, Desjardins, and Hydro-Québec at lg2, I bring a cinematic experience and detail-driven workflow to every project.

From Classroom to Global Boardroom: G7 Mock Summit

During this project, I served as the second-angle camera operator for all interviews, overseeing the setup and teardown of the production equipment. I also captured extensive b-roll throughout the event to support comprehensive coverage and enhance the final delivery of the video.


What is accreditation?

For this accreditation explainer video, I led the full post-production process, handling the edit of the live-action footage and creating all motion graphics. I adapted and refined stock elements to align with the project’s branding guidelines, ensuring a cohesive, clear, and visually engaging final piece.

For the video, I managed the complete post-production process from recording the voiceover to designing and animating the full sequence. I created and adapted graphic elements, including stock assets, to build a cohesive visual narrative and deliver a polished, fully animated piece.

    • Developed videos for the 2025 G7 Summit, supporting the development of impactful materials for global communication reaching over 330 000 viewers across multiple platforms.

    • Built a video template and library that accelerated short-form video production, reducing turnaround time to under 1 hour boosting team productivity by 50%.

    • Captured over 20 hours of footage on-site in Kananaskis, Alberta, as part of the summit’s video team, filming interviews and talking heads with Sony FX3, and editing content under tight daily deadlines.

    • Official Photographer for the G7 2025 Ministerial Meetings, delivering high-impact, high-visibility photography and visual content for federal ministers across the Environment & Energy, Foreign Affairs, and Interior & Security Ministerial meetings.

    • Participated on a three-person selection committee evaluating and choosing the branding supplier for the G7 Industry, Digital, and Technology Ministers’ Meeting.

    • Designed a proof of concept for a sports raffle application tailored for North American sports teams, focusing on UI and UX best practices.

    • Provided customer service in the regulated raffle industry of Ontario, ensuring  100% compliance with AGCO Regulations while operating in a PCI-compliant environment.

    • Assisted customers in major fundraising initiatives, including the CHEO Dream of a Lifetime Lottery 2024, delivering seamless support.

    • Worked on 4 major films: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3(2023), Barbie (2023), Peter & Wendy (2023), The Fall Guy (2024).

    • Developed detailed outsource briefs for paint and roto teams across international studios, ensuring precise communication of project requirements and optimizing workflow efficiency (The Fall Guy).

    • Provided weekly mentorship to a “runner”, offering hands-on guidance in technical skills, workflow optimization, and industry best practices to accelerate their transition into a production-ready role.

    • Performed digital cleanup and roto of plates using Nuke, Silhouette and Mocha for the compositing department, including the removal of wires, actors, and unwanted objects from movie sets.

    • Leveraged Adobe Creative Suite to design and deliver high-quality graphics, videos, and animations across diverse digital platforms for prominent clients, including Desjardins, Bell, Hydro Québec, Princess Auto, BMR, Catelli, OKA, Maxi, and Loblaws.

    • Collaborated with creative teams to design and develop multimedia content for marketing campaigns, enhancing brand engagement and customer experience.
